• All prices on https://therehabmechanics.com.au/ are quoted and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian GST unless otherwise specified. Customers are charged the same total price at checkout regardless of their shipping location.
• GST refunds do not apply for online orders. Our policy complies with Australian and New Zealand GST legislation.
• The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
• To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
• If we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability you will be notified of this and offered options via email. If no reply is received, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled, and a refund processed.
• When you are ordering multiple items, keep in mind that they might arrive in separate shipments. If you have pre-ordered something along with other items, the pre-ordered product will come within the timeframe mentioned on the product page.
